About Us

Grapevine Yoga is a small, privately-owned yoga studio offering Yoga, the peaceful martial art of Tai chi, and core-strengthening Pilates mat classes, six days a week--Mondays through Saturdays.  Yoga classes include the physical poses or postures--asana; breathing practice--pranayama; and aspects of basic meditation.

Located just off Main Street near City Hall in historic downtown Grapevine, (map) Grapevine Yoga is known for high-quality instruction, personal attention and old-fashioned hospitality!

Yoga classes are offered at a variety of levels to accommodate beginners (Yoga Basics; Basic Yoga; Gentle Yoga), intermediate to dedicated yogis (Multi-level, Yoga V) and Prenatal students (TLC Yoga; Gentle Yoga). 

In addition, those recovering from injury or illness, surgery, jet-lag, or having other special circumstances can find an appropriate Yoga class as well (E Z Move, TLC Yoga).

The instructors at Grapevine Yoga are well-trained, dedicated practictioners in their respective fields.  Our instructors sincerely care about the health and well-being of each of their students. 

Busy schedule?  We can also accommodate you with private lessons in Yoga, Pilates or Tai chi.

When you step into Grapevine Yoga, you’ll be greeted with a warm and genuine smile.  If we had a theme song, it would be “...where everybody knows your name, and they’re all so glad you came...” from Cheers!
