Qi Gong is mindful exercise & energy movement with a purpose.

 

It integrates focused breathing techniques, specific physical postures
and an intention to enhance, release, restore & circulate one’s life energy.

Buddhist Meditation Classes: Transform Your Life
Fridays at 7:30 pm
Transform Your Life provides an in-depth look at Buddhist meditation
and the Buddhist way of life in layman's terms.  John McKethan will
walk students through this incredible book, one chapter at a time.
 

No Friday meditation classes 3/19, due to event at Kadampa in Arlington.
