Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic series of postures that are designeAmy leads surya namaskard to heat the body
and detoxify the muscles and organs.  Each movement is
synchronized with the breath, allowing the body to flow
energetically from one vigorous posture to the next,
quickly toning the entire system.

and for those who want to
develop the physical body
