Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic series of postures that are designe d to heat the body and detoxify the muscles and organs. Each movement is synchronized with the breath, allowing the body to flow energetically from one vigorous posture to the next, quickly toning the entire system.

Building strength and flexibility, Ashtanga is an excellent class for runners and other athletes, and for those who want to develop the physical body while calming the mind.
