BreathWorks Workshop Thursday, 7/1 6:00-7:20 PM and/or Friday, 7/9 9:00-10:20 AM
Is your breathing shallow? Do you often find yourself holding your breath? Are you stressed? In this workshop, learn the complete diaphragmatic breath, soothing breath patterns, a stimulating breath to prevent colds & flu, and more!
This class is focused on pranayama--breathing practices--and includes no asana. Wear comfortable clothes as we'll be seated or stretched out on the floor.
