BreathWorks Workshop

Tuesday, 17 January    7:30 - 8:50 PM       &       Saturday, 28 January  1:00 - 2:20 PM

Do you often find yourself holding your breath?  Are you stressed or have difficulty sleeping?  Is your breathing shallow?    Join us for BreathWorks!

This workshop is focused on pranayamas--breathing practices--and includes no asana. In this pleasant and peaceful workshop you'll learn:

  • the complete diaphragmatic breath
  • breathing exercises
  • several soothing & calming breath patterns
  • an active breath to prevent colds & flu
  • a balancing breath suggested for daily practice

 Wear comfortable clothes as we'll be seated or stretched out on the floor. 

BreathWorks is a valuable workshop for everyone, even if you have limitations or have never practiced yoga!  BreathWorks is a pre-requisite to the Advanced Pranayamas workshop.
