In this "pre-yoga" class, learn and practice 22 basic movements to enhance joint mobility, flexibility and strength. The E Z Move class can be enjoyed seated if moving onto the floor is difficult for you. Practiced daily--even from a hospital bed--you will see and feel the difference in your flexibility.
Along with the 22 "joint-freeing" moves, we'll practice some basic balancing poses, using a chair for support.
Cathy has trained with Mukunda Stiles, the originator of the "joint freeing series" and author of Structural Yoga Therapy, to learn this effective movement series.
