A yoga practice invites us to be in the present moment and to listen to our inner voice to guide us. One’s yoga practice is different each time we come to the mat. Some days our practice may be more active and other days more restorative.
As a longtime student of yoga, Kim believes that a yoga practice helps us feel good. Kim invites students to arrive on the mat and release any judgments about themselves as they practice. Practicing yoga really starts when we step off the mat. Can we take some of what we experience of being in the moment into our day-to-day life? |
