In TLC Yoga, we enjoy simple stretches and basic standing and balance poses for approximately the first 30 minutes of class.  Then we move to the floor for supported Restorative yoga poses, allowing the body to let go of tension, stress and old patterns of moving and being.

TLC Yoga is an excellent choice for expectant moms, anyone suffering from jet-lag, or those recovering from illness, surgery or an injury.  In TLC Yoga, we modify poses and the difficulty of the class to meet your needs.                           Donna gathers props for restorative yoga.

    For approximately half the TLC Yoga class, we
         rest in poses such as this supported badda 
             konasana
, using props (bolsters, blocks,
                 blankets, belts & eye pillows) allowing 
                            the body to release and renew.
