Welcome to Grapevine Yoga!
Renew mind & body with the practice of a variety of styles and levels of Yoga or
the gentle martial art of Tai chi.
We park diagonally to the left of the studio,
or straight in toward the fence from Wall Street.
When you step into Grapevine Yoga,
you’ll be greeted with a warm and genuine smile.
If we had a theme song, it would be “...where everybody
knows your name, and they’re all so glad you came...”
You will be glad you came, too, and you'll
leave feeling better inside and out!
First time here? Hang your coat and stow belongings in the cubbies just inside the door.

Yoga is practiced in bare feet; T'ai chi practitioners wear
Tai chi slippers or clean shoes dedicated only to indoor practice.
Grapevine Yoga has over 600 sq ft of bamboo laminate flooring for a serene practice.
Radiant heat is installed beneath the floor for your comfort in the winter.
Classes are limited to 12 students, ensuring personal attention and quality instruction.
Grapevine Yoga also features a
9-station Yoga Rope Wall for safe inversions, a new perspective, and therapeutic yoga.
Arriving just after work? You are welcome to
change clothes in the adjacent Powder Room.
Observing a class? Our comfy antique
couch is happy to make your acquaintance!
Respecting those with sensitivities & allergies, Grapevine Yoga is fragrance-free.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes to class. Thank you!
Distilled drinking water is always free.  
Grapevine Yoga is well-stocked with any yoga props
you might need--blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets,
chairs, stability balls, sandbags ....
We have mats to loan, or you may bring your own.
