First time here? Hang your coat and stow belongings in the cubbies just inside the door. Remember to silence cell phones.Yoga is practiced in bare feet; T'ai chi practitioners can wear street shoes.
Arriving just after work? You are welcome to change clothes in the adjacent Powder Room.
Observing a class? Our comfy antique couch is happy to make your acquaintance!

We are well-stocked with any yoga props you might need--blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets, chairs, and sandbags! We have mats to loan, or you may bring your own. We also offer mats for sale, see
