Do you think you are too old or too stiff for yoga? Are you tired or overwhelmed?
TLC Yoga--Tender-Loving-Care--is the yoga class for you! Class begins with grounding, centering and breathing. Next, we enjoy some simple stretches, a balance pose and a traditional standing yoga posture or two.

Then, we move into restorative poses, resting on bolsters, blankets and other props. The body is fully supported in Restorative poses, allowing physical & mental release.  If you've never tried a yoga class before, TLC Yoga is an excellent "beginner-friendly," low-key introduction to the mind and body benefits of yoga! TLC Yoga includes modifications for limitations and fitness levels.
This class is recommended for expectant mothers, too! Prenatal Yoga is good preparation for birthing, as well as helpful for the challenges of the physical changes of pregnancy. TLC Yoga allows pregnant women to begin or continue a yoga practice safely, respecting their energy levels, finding release, and exploring breathing patterns.

TLC Yoga is also the class to consider when recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or jet-lag. Feel free to "drop in" to this class as needed--no reservations necessary!
