The Yoga Basics Workshop series offers busy bodies a chance to pause, breathe fully, and learn to move with steadiness and ease. Guided by Leti Carson, we’ll explore foundation postures (asanas) plus breathing (pranayama) and simple meditation in a 90-minute yoga practice.
Each Workshop can be enjoyed separately. Taken in its entirety, the three-part series is a complete introduction to the basics of yoga. At the completion of the series, students will have a background with over two dozen foundation poses, increased awareness of breath and body, and the confidence and experience to move into multi-level yoga classes.
The Yoga Basics Workshop is an excellent opportunity for those who travel or have other time restraints and cannot attend a weekly beginner series. The Yoga Basics Workshop is a good refresher for anyone interested in returning to yoga practice after some time away.
